Each dance family that registers for Regular Season Classes (August-June) is charged an annual per-student registration fee, which is good for a calendar year! Those fees are:
$25 1st student
$15 2nd student
$10 each additional student
Each new family that registers for Summer Camps and/or Classes will be charged a $10 Summer Registration fee per student, and that is applicable to the Regular Season Registration fee for any student that continues training during the following Regular Season.

MONTHLY TUITION (REGULAR DANCE SEASON)
By taking multiple classes, individual dancers & families benefit from great reduced rates as explained at the bottom of the table.
*****Tuition is the same every month for convenience purposes whether it is a short or long month - we have calculated the cost for the YEAR and divided into 11 equal payments to make life easier for our families. (August-June). We do not prorate for missed classes, all dancers are welcome to make-up missed classes at their convenience - contact us for appropriate make up classes anytime!
All dance families place a credit/debit card on file at the time of registration, but you CAN pay by another method if you choose - this simply requires that we receive payment by check or money order (no cash) by the close of business on the 1st (or, if this falls on a Sunday, Monday, or Studio Holiday, we'd need to recieve it by 6pm on the business day prior). Each dance family has 24/7 access to their account and can check their balances by signing in here. Any account balance for the month will AUTOMATICALLY be charged to the card on file at roughly 10:00pm on the 1st, and because it is an electronic operation, processing still occurs if the 1st is a Sunday or Holiday. 98% of our customers use auto-pay every month, but for those who prefer check or money order - that's no problem! (as long as it’s received in time as explained above).
If the card is declined, or check does not clear, you'll be notified and will have until the 10th to pay in full by alternate method ($25 fee for returned checks). After the 10th, a $15 late fee is automatically assigned to the account, and after the 20th, the student unfortunately will not be permitted to take class until the account, including any late fees, is paid in full. Most often this occurs due to expired/stolen cards and you can change those at any time by signing in. Please be assured, we have been using this system for three years with no issues - the web payment system is SSL and completely safe.

SUMMER CLASS/CAMP FEES
Summer Classes & Camps costs are one-time fees for the WHOLE SUMMER SESSION, or whatever each class or camp includes. They are charged to the card-on-file, along with Summer Registration Fees, at the time of Registration and are non-refundable.
We do offer convenient even payments, beginning in September of each dance year. After deciding which (or both, as most families do) shows your dancer(s) will participate in, let us know & we can calculate even payments for you. ***All even payments are non-refundable, and Recital costumes remain property of the Colby Center until the final June installment (tuition payment #11) is paid in full.
